Our Different Tent Rentals

Frame Tents

Frame tents range in size from 10’x10’ to 40’x120′ and are  available as clear-tops in select sizes. This design is recommended when you need to put a tent over something like a patio, a driveway, or an area with sprinklers. These tents are best for these types of spaces since they  do not need to be staked into the ground. They are also available with side curtains if you so choose.

Pole Tents

Pole tents are one of our most versatile options and can range from 20’x 20’ to 80’x 220’. They can be used for small intimate events as well as larger crowds. Whether your event is going to have ten people or one thousand, we can help you. These tents come available with or without side curtains as well as in two varieties. They require an open area for installation.

Sailcloth Tents

Our most popular tent rental is our Tidewater Sailcloth Tent. And it’s for good reason. These tents have sculpted peaks and eaves made from beautiful sailcloth to enhance all forms of natural light. These tents are 100% waterproof and designed to withstand the elements. That way, your Prospect event can and will go on rain or shine. Sizes for these tents range from 44’ x 43’ to 59’ x 119’.

Farm Tables

One of our most exclusive and exciting items is our Dark Walnut Farm Table. Each table measures 8′ x 42″ wide and is best designed for a family style meal. What makes each one so special is that it is entirely unique to Litchfield County, CT. The lumber, labor, and craftsmanship has all been completed in the area.

If you want to plan your Prospect event in the best way possible, you can also use our PartyCAD program. With this program, you can visually and electronically plan your event. The program can be especially helpful if you are far away from New York or Connecticut.
