Constructed with superior materials and available in various sizes and designs, these shade structures incorporate our premier features for an optimal outdoor living experience. A Durkin’s All-Season Leisure Room protects you from harmful UV rays and pests while relishing the natural sunlight and fresh breeze — free from sun glare and intense heat.
VECTOR VENT ROOF SYSTEMS
Durkin’s Vector Vent Roof System features a cupola for enhanced airflow, along with an insect screen insert to keep bugs and insects out of your space.
ALUMINUM FRAME
The All-Season Leisure Room’s frame is designed for durability. It features heavy-duty extruded aluminum panels with insect screening and a high-quality AAMA2604 powder coat finish that resists fading and chipping. The frame is available in 8 colors.
VERSATILE GLASS AND SCREEN PANELS
The All-Season Leisure Room is designed to adapt to varying weather conditions. The tempered glass windows provide insulation during cooler temperatures. On warmer days, you can slide the windows open to enjoy the breeze through the screens, or even remove the glass panels entirely during summer.
TOP VENT SLIDER WINDOWS
The combination of Durkin’s Vector Vent Roof and top vent slider windows allows for precise temperature and airflow control within your All-Season Leisure Room. These features are integrated at the top of each panel and offer an extended height option for enhanced ventilation control.
OPTIONAL CEILING FAN & LIGHTING FIXTURE BRACKET KIT
Durkin’s optional bracket kit simplifies the addition of lighting in your All-Season Leisure Room. This bracket allows for quick and easy installation of a ceiling fan or central light fixture while concealing wiring. For optimal comfort and functionality, consider installing an outdoor fan with an integrated light.
EASY ROOF TENSIONING SYSTEM
Our easy-to-use “fast straps” help secure your fabric roof without the need for special tools or techniques. Just pull the strap to tighten the fabric, ensuring a snug and visually appealing roof that keeps your space well-covered.

Durkin’s fabric-top products are made from marine-grade Tempotest, one of the top-performing outdoor fabrics. You can choose from various fabric designs, including linen textures, stripes, and solids to match your taste.
