Our Screen Rooms feature sturdy enclosures with heavy-duty aluminum frames and robust vinyl-coated polyester screens. These materials shield you from insects, UV rays, sunlight, and high temperatures. Our engineers have designed a sleek panel structure with numerous convenient features, providing a pleasant outdoor area built to endure. Whether you desire a primary shaded area or an elegant retreat by the pool, Durkin’s offers the ideal screen room solution. Our Screen Rooms come in several sizes and designs, making it easy to enhance your outdoor areas while protecting against UV rays, insects, sun glare, and extreme heat.
VECTOR VENT ROOF SYSTEMS
Our Vector Vent Roof System includes a cupola for optimal air ventilation. Additionally, the integrated insect screen panel keeps your space insect-free.
ALUMINUM FRAME
The Screen Room frame is designed for durability. It features heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame panels, insect screening, and a highly resistant AAMA2604 powder coat finish that prevents fading and chipping. Choose from 8 available colors.
VERSATILE GLASS AND SCREEN PANELS
The Screen Room adjusts to your needs throughout the year. Tempered glass windows provide comfort during cooler temperatures. On warmer days, slide the windows open to enjoy the fresh air through the screen. You can even remove the glass panels completely during the summer months.
TOP VENT SLIDER WINDOWS
Our Vector Vent Roof and top slider windows effectively manage the temperature in your Screen Room while maintaining excellent airflow. Positioned at the top of each panel (with an option for extended height), these sliders let you tailor the airflow to your preferences.
OPTIONAL CEILING FAN & LIGHTING FIXTURE BRACKET KIT
An available fixture bracket kit simplifies the addition of lighting in your Screen Room. The bracket allows for easy installation of a ceiling fan or a central light fixture, neatly concealing any wiring. For enhanced comfort and functionality, consider installing an outdoor fan with an integrated light.
EASY ROOF TENSIONING SYSTEM
Our “fast straps” are straightforward to use and don’t require special tools or techniques. Just pull the strap to secure the fabric snugly to the roof, ensuring a tight and attractive appearance that keeps your space well-covered.
TEMPOTEST® FABRIC TOP
Durkin’s fabric-top offerings are made from marine-grade Tempotest, the top-performing fabric in the outdoor market. Available in a range of styles from linen weaves to stripes and solids, you’re sure to find a fabric that fits your aesthetic preferences.
