They include our premier features like FlexScreens and air circulation systems, ensuring a delightful outdoor living experience throughout all seasons while maintaining ample sunlight and fresh air.
REMOVABLE SLIDING WALL PANEL
One wall is fully detachable to facilitate the easy placement and removal of your hot tub. Once put back in place, this wall features sliding doors for regular entry.
ALUMINUM FRAME
The frame of Durkin’s Spa Room is not only robust—it’s built for longevity. It includes a sturdy extruded aluminum structure, protective insect screening, and a durable AAMA2604 powder coat finish that withstands fading and chipping. You can choose from 8 colors to seamlessly complement your home’s style.
VECTOR VENT ROOF SYSTEMS
Our Vector Vent Roof System features a cupola that enhances air flow, alongside an insect screen insert to shield your space from unwanted bugs.

Durkin’s Spa Rooms utilize FlexScreen technology in their screens to block small insects, enhance privacy during the day, and lessen glare and UV rays.
